What a Colorado Company Record Contains
Colorado records are notably complete: entity name and ID; status — "Good Standing", "Delinquent" (missed a periodic report), "Administratively Dissolved", or "Merged"; entity type; formation date; registered agent; principal office; and the names of officers, directors, managers, and members from the latest periodic report. That last field is valuable — few states publish control-person names in the free registry the way Colorado does.
