We compile US business intelligence from official government sources and present it in one clear interface, with a single HQ Trust Score to summarise the public record.
Our data sources
Every record on this platform is built from primary, official sources:
- SEC EDGAR — financial filings and ownership data for public companies
- State secretaries of state — entity registration, status, and standing
- IRS EIN records — federal tax identification verification
- OFAC SDN List — US sanctions designations
- USPTO — trademark registrations
Data is refreshed daily. We do not invent company records, and we do not accept payment to alter any company's trust score.
How the HQ Trust Score works
Our 0–100 HQ Trust Score grades the completeness and standing of a company's public record. Factors include registration status, SEC filing history, entity age, sanctions hits, and adverse public indicators. A high score means the public record is complete and in good standing; a low score flags that deeper due diligence is warranted. The score is algorithmic, transparent, and never for sale.
